Book excerpt: In the Norwegian Fjords, Mrs. Orcinus has given birth to a beautiful eight-foot six-inch, four hundred pound bull calf. She and Mr. Orcinus struggle to think of a name for him. A little friend of theirs, a seal named Plunge, gives them the idea of calling him Oswald, of which they agree on. Plunge also notices that there is something quite not right with Oswald. So they call Doctor Beluga to check Oswald, who finds that he is suffering from seasickness. Doctor Beluga has discovered that a red seaweed in Scotland, could be a cure for Oswald. When they are old enough to go on a journey to seek the seaweed, Oswald, Plunge, and their friends Reef and Echo go to Scotland. On their journey, they meet other sea creatures who warn them about the perils of the plastic waste being dumped into the seas and oceans. They also encounter a bully, a Great White Shark named Ripper, who is visiting his cousin Mangler a Porbeagle Shark who has a friend named T-Bone and a gang called the savage posse. Which comprises of Snaggletooth, Psycho, Wacko, and Drool.
